Lost lives of two more RCMP!

So, the RCMP, more specifically, those in leadership, are supposedly "renewing mental health conversations following the death of 2 officers."

Let me get this straight: these conversations will take place while you simultaneously work to destroy one of the few leaders who cared about the mental health of the members under her command?

In fact, she cared so much that it pissed off those in Ottawa.

Why? What bothered them so much about compassion that they not just replaced her, but are now working to destroy her?

Why don't you release all the files on the removal of Rhonda Blackmore, and why you replaced her with Robin McNeil.

No disrespect to Robin, a man from my hometown area. In fact, his mother (a truly beautiful woman) transported me to jail for the first sentence I ever served, over 44 years ago.

Robin McNeil comes from a family of police and politicians and is a company man.

Rhonda Blackmore is a down-to-earth, boots-on-the-ground kind of leader. Rhonda does not have a "cover your ass" mentality; she has an I am here to help your ass" mentality.

Those doing this to her have a "jack-ass" mentality!

If you want to address the mental health issues within the RCMP, then you must have leaders like Rhonda, who care, who have empathy, and who are willing to prioritize the well-being of the members over the company's interests.

If you want to address the mental health crisis, you need leaders like Rhonda, who care and prioritize members' well-being.

Show the country the real reason you are destroying her career.

If you hide the truth and protect the 'jack-ass mentality' of NHQ, members will continue to die by suicide.

Change the system and the leaders now.

It is a matter of life and death.
