More Leaders Like Rhonda Blackmore, Please
I wondered this morning about what I would want to say to someone like Rhonda Blackmore, if I had the opportunity. What would I say to the two in the top row and all of their predecessors?
I would tell them all that I am happy that they had the chance to serve. I am delighted that they made it to the top, truly!
I would also tell them that I hope they are leading or have led with a servant's heart - and that they will answer for what they see when they look in the mirror of truth - not the mirror of disillusionment.
To Rhonda, a simple message...
The truth will have its day, and those in the wrong will eventually regret all that they have done.
My posts about you have reached tens of thousands of impressions, indicating a tremendous amount of support for you.
It breaks my heart to see how some leaders allow so many human beings to suffer and die for the sake of their arrogance, pride and greed.
I want my kids to be proud of our national police force, not horrified by them.
So many members have tried so hard to make a difference, only to die because the almighty Buffalo and buck come first over both mental health and resources to do their job.
It must have been incredibly difficult to witness the decline of F Division and the transformation of a once-great training facility into a shoestring budget operation.
The lack of servant leadership has had a devastating impact, destroying the morale of both members and the force as a whole.
Keep the faith, your day to shine brighter than ever is coming.
